Thursday November 6th
5:00-9:00pm: TOUR OF THE TREES. This will be like a Girls Night Out, but Christmas Style. The 5 Home Decor stores of Downtown Lee's Summit, Cameron's, M. Culture, Traditions, Pamela's and Nellie Irene's, invite you to come down and "tour the trees" and see all the Holiday Decor. Bring 3 canned goods and you will be able to register for lots of door prizes. At Cameron's we will have the Margarita Machine, Bow Making Lessons and appetizers. Not to mention 5 door prizes! This is the night before the Traditional Holiday Open House.

Downtown Lee's Summit Merchants To Help Lee's Summit Social Services

On Thursday, November 6th, 5 Holiday Home Decor Stores in Downtown
Lee's Summit will be hosting the 1st Annual "Tour of the Trees."
Each of the participating stores are excited to show off their
holiday decor. You will see over
20 fully decorated Holiday Trees. Each one has a unique theme to it,
with a extensive selection of items for you to choose from.

They are asking that all attendees bring 3 canned goods which will be donated
to Lee's Summit Social Services. The canned goods can be brought
to any of the participating stores, Cameron's Home Furnishings,
M.Culture, Nellie Irene's, Pamela's, or Traditions.
By bringing in 3 canned goods, you will be eligible
to register for door prizes at all 5 stores. You will also be able to take
part in Holiday demonstrations that will be offered in some of the locations.

As you stroll from store to store you will find a Margarita Machine, refreshments,
Holiday Snacks and an all around great time. "Tour of Trees" is intended create
wonderful evening of shopping in addition to filling the shelves at the Lee's Summit Social Services.
The Tour of the Trees will begin at 5:00pm and will run until 9:00pm.

Friday November 7th-Sunday November 9th
Traditional Holiday Open House. Cameron's Home Furnishings, along with several other Downtown Lee's Summit Merchants will be showcasing all of the beautiful holiday decor and gifts for 2008. Light refreshments and snacks will be served. This is a great weekend to grab a group of gals and come enjoy Downtown Lee's Summit.

Thursday November 20th
6-9pm: Third Thursday on Third ARTWALK. Local Artists are featured in the stores. Cocktails and Snacks served at participating stores. GirlSilver will be back this month with their beautiful, handmade jewelry. These one of a kind pieces make excellent Christmas gifts.

Friday November 21st
6:00pm: Mayor's Tree Lighting. Join everyone in the park while the Mayor lights up Downtown. After the ceremony, stores are open late for your holiday shopping enjoyment. Come visit.Hot Cocoa will be served and there will be carriage rides.
